Experience
The length and breadth of Donna’s experience contribute toward making her Reiki sessions special. Significantly, she has been practicing Reiki for over twenty years. Moreover, Donna has treated people with a wide variety of conditions ranging from Anxiety to Fibromyalgia. One of her main specialties is working with Cancer patients. For many years she volunteered at the Hewlett House “One in Nine,” program, sponsored by The Long Island Breast Cancer Coalition. Donna has several personal traits that communicate caring to her patients. As patients have described her, she is down-to earth and warm. In addition, she puts clients at ease and listens carefully to each one, tuning into exactly what they need.
Referring clients to other practitioners
Donna often refers clients to other practitioners. For example during a Reiki Session with a man in his thirties, Donna thought there might be some type of underlying physical condition causing him inflammation that was uncharacteristic for someone his age. She referred him to an integrative medical doctor. Thanks to Donna’s recommendation, this doctor was able to diagnosis his inflammation along with another underlying medical condition and provide the help he required.
