During this challenging time, it is important to connect with others, so we don’t feel alone. Please join Donna as she creates a safe and supportive space where we can share our concerns and experience an oasis of serenity that can stay with us. We’ll also enjoy a guided meditation and benefit from empathetic and helpful conversation about our needs. This is an opportunity to lighten our load, nourish and strengthen ourselves for the journey we’re all taking. Please bring a pad and pencil.
