What happens at Donna’s Free Monthly Healing Circle?
Free Monthly Healing Circle is good place to practice and experience Reiki. In this article you’ll find out what makes Donna’s Free Healing Circle so special
The last Wednesday of the month everyone is invited to come participate in Donna’s Free Monthly Healing Circle. This is an opportunity for her students to practice their Reiki skills. She encourages them to bring friends and family and welcomes anyone who is in need of healing or wanting to learn about and experience Reiki.
What happens first?
We gather together and do an introduction and check in. Everyone has a turn to introduce themselves to the group and share about anything they desire. Students sometimes update us about what’s happened to them since taking their last training. Others share about what brought them to the Healing Circle. Sometimes participants have questions about Reiki that Donna will answer.
Donna’s Special Guided Visualization
After our check-in Donna leads the group in a guided visualization. This special meditation helps participants relax and unwind.
Reiki Exchange
After the guided visualization, it’s time to exchange Reiki. We gather as a group around one or several massage tables to give and receive Reiki. Each person gets a turn to lay on the table and receive healing from the others. It’s an amazing experience having several pairs of hands healing you! Those who don’t have Reiki training, participate too with guidance from Donna.
Sending Distant Healing
Our final activity is sending Distant Healing. Each person gets a chance to give a name of someone they wish to have the group send healing. Those with Level II training and beyond are able to send Reiki Distant Healing. The others participate with Donna’s help.

I don’t charge for my Healing Circle as I feel this is a give-back to my community.
